Warehouse 13 Wiki

A list of sections within Warehouse 13 dedicated to storing artifacts.

The Dark Vault[]

See: The Dark Vault

The Ovoid Quarantine[]

Ovoid Exterior 2

The Ovoid Quarantine

This area is protected by a very tall, locked fence with barbed wire, and beyond that, a tent that is likely laced with Neutralizer that can be unzipped for entrance. There is a sign that reads, "Quarantine Area, MAX FIVE MINS ZONE." Given the relative lack of security, it seems much less dangerous than the Dark Vault and judging from the warning sign only houses time-release activating artifacts.[1]

Primarily, the Ovoid Quarantine is used to catalog and mark artifacts for storage as they enter the warehouse. With the recent deactivation of Warehouse 2, the Ovoid Quarantine has been very busy with an overflow of artifacts.

Artifacts are known to stay here for years at a time, awaiting proper storage.[2]

Artifacts[]

Appearances[]

Farnsworth Aisle[]

This aisle is home to several of Philo Farnsworth's inventions, including some nuclear fusion devices and a 3D camera and holographic projector. There are also replacement parts for Farnsworth's, which Claudia used to alter the 3D camera. It appears that most of the nuclear fusion devices are on one side of the aisle, with Artie saying that some of these artifacts are "still kicking."[3]

Artifacts[]

Appearances[]

H.G. Wells Aisle[]

This aisle is full of Wells-made artifacts, shipped across from Warehouse 12. Among the artifacts stored in the aisle is H.G. Wells' Time Machine[4].

Notably, Wells' grappling hook gun was shown being stored on a generic shelf, not in any area that resembles the dedicated aisle shown to house her time machine. It is unknown if, but unlikely, that these are meant to be the same area.

Art Gallery[]

TBA

Officially designated as Sulaco-84C.[5] It is the section where all artifact paintings are kept.

History[]

TBA

Artifacts[]

Trivia[]

  • It is named Sulaco-84C/Sulaco 84-C after both a municipality in Honduras and the U.S.S. Sulaco, a fictional spaceship and important setting in Aliens, where an alien queen is unknowingly brought onto the ship along with its passengers.

Appearances[]

Trap Aisle[]

Appearance[]

TBA

Description[]

First featured in "Fractures"; the aisle where all artifacts with "trapping" effects are stored. However, no one has done inventory in this aisle in a very long time, so it's extremely disorganized. Artifacts include Spartacus' Retiarius Net, Ebenezer Thorndike's Lobster Trap, Rube Goldberg's Wire Collection, Abul-Fath Gilani's Hookah, and a spear that discharges electricity when thrown. There is also a mid 1900s microwave, a possible connection to Percy Spencer.

History[]

TBA

Artifacts[]

Trivia[]

  • It is named Liang-569 after Zhuge Liang, a Chinese Imperial Chancellor and and regent for Shu Han who is known for one of the best known (and fictional) examples of the Empty Fort Strategy, whereby reverse psychology (and luck) are used to deceive the enemy into thinking that an empty location is full of traps and ambushes, and therefore induce the enemy to retreat.

Schöningen Armory[]

Appearace[]

TBA

Description[]

A section of the Warehouse where all artifacts relating military combat are kept. The only known artifact in this section is the Non-Exploding Hand Grenade.

History[]

Claudia and Steve went into this aisle in search of an artifact that they could use to neutralize the Gold Spike from the Trans-Continental Railroad after it became stuck in the expansion joints. Claudia found an old RPG launcher which she converted into the Goo-zooka and used to neutralize the spike.[13]

Artifacts[]

  • Non-Exploding Hand Grenade:[14] Grenade returns to thrower, fails to explode, and induces debilitating guilt for participation in war.
  • Reusable Neutron Device:[15] Implied to be a reusable bomb, but it is uncertain. Seen on a screen behind Steve while in the Armory.
  • RPG-7 Launcher used to create a Neutralizer Launcher ("Goozoka")
  • WW1 Inspiration Helmet: Provides leader of troops with intense collective strategy and force, overpowering enemies even when greatly outnumbered; Repetitive use can lead to perpetual need to control large groups of people. It and its display card were seen within the Schoningen Armory next to the Non-Exploding Hand Grenade.

Trivia[]

  • This aisle is named after the Schöningen spears, a collection of wooden spears from the Paleolithic Age in Schöningen, Germany. These are the oldest known complete wooden weapons, and support the practice of hunting by ancient hominids.

History[]

Artie and Steve open the vault only to discover the alternate Benedict Valda has already stolen the Compass and hidden it somewhere in the Warehouse in order to slow them down long enough for him to find the other tools.[16]

  • The aisle takes its name from the nickname attributed to Hiram by Freemasons, "the widow's son", because he was born to a widow.[17]

Trivia[]

  • "Noel" is the French word for Christmas, as well as a term for Christmas carols (primarily those of French origin).
  • The Aisle of Noel is one of a collection of many aisles dedicated to various holidays, and the snow that covers it extends to these other aisles in a vast radius.[18]
