The Neutralizer Processing Center, also referred to as The Gooery and the Neutralizer Annex, is a location within Warehouse 13.

Description[]
Nicknamed The Gooery by Claudia, this center is described better in chapter 197 of the Manual. It pumps neutralizer through the Warehouse, creating stability fields around and throughout the warehouse, so artifacts won't activate on their own.[1]
It may be the most important part of the Warehouse, because without the constant stability field it creates, the entire Warehouse would be destroyed from the amount of energy the artifacts give off. It is similar to how nuclear rods are submerged in coolant to keep them from going critical. It is also the spot for the hydroelectricity generator in the original warehouse 13.
History[]
In "Breakdown," a can of Sticky String jammed up the gears and nearly destroyed the entire Warehouse. However, Pete, Myka, and Claudia were able to get the string out of the gears with aid from the Freezing Snow Globe before the Warehouse was destroyed.
As shown in "What Matters Most", the Neutralizer Annex seems to be where used Neutralizer is filtered. Every so often, its filters must be cleaned and the pressure vented to prevent failures, clogs, or explosions.
