This Tiki Idol was stated to have turned Artie's office into a Hawaiian Luau, causing Artie to dance for ages afterwards. According to him, he still gets an uncontrollable urge to hula dance during monsoon season. Mentioned in tie-in comic book #5.

Kamehameha I also known as Kamehameha the Great, conquered the Hawaiian Islands and united them into the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1810. By developing alliances with the major Pacific colonial powers, Kamehameha preserved

Hawaii's independence under his rule. He's remembered for the "Law of the Splintered Paddle" which protects human rights of non-combatants in time of battle. Although there is some debate as to the precise year of his birth, Hawaiian legends claimed that a great king would one day unite the islands, and that the sign of his birth would be a comet and Halley's comet was visible from Hawaii around the time he was born.
