The boot Booth was wearing when he assassinated Lincoln. Allows the user to get away with any act, including murder, but only for twelve days.

There is a misprint in the image - the first word should be 'enables'.

John Wilkes Booth assassinated President Abraham Lincoln at Ford's Theatre in Washington D.C. on April 14, 1865. Of the conspirators, only Booth was completely successful in carrying out his respective part of the plot and managed to avoid arrest for 12 days.
