Used to hang people convicted by the most famous hanging judge in the old west, Issac Parker.
Effects[]
When the noose is thrown into the air, the rope wraps around the nearest beam and everybody around it except the user begins to rise into the air and feels like they're being strangled by a real noose.
It can only be deactivated by cutting the noose.
