This artifact's "special nature" is to summon locusts. It was created circa 1923 in Germany, and has a warning to never blow into because damage to nearby farms would be catastrophic.
It was considered by Pete and Myka as a way to combat the Baylor Dodgeballs when the neutralizer system was not functioning. The use of this artifact was quickly dismissed, along with the other artifacts that Pete and Myka were near.
