A pair of supercharged restraints invented and built by Claudia Donovan, and used by her when she kidnapped Arthur Nielsen. Claudia calls them her "Electro-Cuffs" in EUReKA S4E05 "Crossing Over."
The restraints were capable of delivering a surge of 20,000 volts to a prisoner. Though Claudia never confirmed it, Artie hypothesized that the handcuffs were powered by a lithium filament. Claudia has a hand-held device which allows her to send the electric charge remotely.
They have not been seen in a 'Warehouse' episode since their original appearance, however, they were mentioned in Merge With Caution
